1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using www.bluedogofficial.com, browsing the Website, placing an order, or using any services offered by BLUEDOG, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

BLUEDOG makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, usage details, ingredients, packaging information, and images. However, actual packaging, colour, presentation, or labelling may vary. All products are subject to availability and may be modified, limited, or discontinued without prior notice.

Products currently include consumable pet soups/snacks, pet supplements such as high-fiber prebiotic formulations, and hygiene products such as disposable soapy sponges. Consumable and hygiene products may be subject to additional handling and return restrictions due to health and safety considerations.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping charges, COD handling fees (if any), and promotional adjustments may apply at checkout. BLUEDOG reserves the right to change or correct pricing errors, refuse orders affected by technical or pricing mistakes, and cancel suspicious or unverifiable transactions.

Accepted payment methods may include prepaid online payments, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (if available).

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

An order is deemed accepted only after successful payment authorisation (for prepaid orders), verification where required, and confirmation from BLUEDOG. We reserve the right to reject, hold, or cancel orders due to stock issues, delivery restrictions, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, bulk purchase misuse, or incomplete customer information.

Customer-initiated cancellations are generally permitted only before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled in transit and will be governed by our Refund / Return / Replacement Policy.

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

BLUEDOG offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes and eligible order values, subject to internal risk controls. We reserve the right to disable COD for repeat refusals, high-risk orders, suspicious behaviour, or operational limitations. A nominal COD handling fee may be charged in the future if disclosed at checkout.

7. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONDUCT

If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
- Ensuring your details are accurate and kept up to date

You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or reselling manipulation

BLUEDOG products are intended for general pet use only. Pet suitability may vary by breed, age, weight, health condition, allergies, sensitivities, and individual tolerance. Consumable products such as soups, snacks, and supplements should be introduced responsibly.

Customers are strongly advised to consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing new food, supplements, or wellness-related products to pets with known medical conditions, digestive sensitivity, allergies, or special dietary needs.

Unless specifically and lawfully stated, BLUEDOG products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLUEDOG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or our products. BLUEDOG's aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant product or order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

BLUEDOG may rely on third-party service providers for payment processing, shipping, communication, analytics, marketing, and website hosting. Use of such services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Website, services, or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

13. POLICY INCORPORATION

The Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Refund / Return / Replacement & Cancellation Policy form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read together.
