1. SERVICE COVERAGE

BLUEDOG currently ships across India to serviceable pin codes. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier partner coverage, remote-area limitations, operational constraints, product category, weather, or force majeure conditions.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful confirmation, subject to stock availability, order verification, payment confirmation, and operational factors.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

BLUEDOG offers free shipping on all eligible orders above ₹300, unless otherwise specified during special campaigns, category restrictions, or temporary promotions.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold may attract shipping charges as displayed at checkout. Certain bulky, multi-pack, or special-case products may be subject to separate shipping logic if disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes and order values, subject to verification and internal risk checks. BLUEDOG reserves the right to disable COD for certain customers, pin codes, suspicious orders, or repeat refusals. A nominal COD handling fee may be introduced in future if disclosed at checkout.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are generally as follows:

- Metro / Tier 1 cities        : 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 locations    : 3–6 business days
- Remote / difficult locations : 5–10 business days

These timelines are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier network conditions and external factors.

6. TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order is dispatched, BLUEDOG will generally share tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available. Tracking activation may take up to 24 hours after dispatch depending on the courier partner.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 1–2 times. If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong phone number
- Refusal to accept the order
- Inability to contact the customer

...the order may be returned to BLUEDOG. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate at the time of placing your order.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR CUSTOMER ERROR

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout, including full name, phone number, complete address, landmark, and pin code.

BLUEDOG is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. If an order has not yet been dispatched, address correction may be possible on a best-effort basis — please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 7420807240.

9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

BLUEDOG may ship items in separate packages due to stock allocation, warehouse availability, packaging constraints, product compatibility, or courier limitations. Where feasible, customers will be informed of split shipments.

10. DAMAGED, TAMPERED, LOST, OR MISDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

If a package arrives damaged, tampered, leaking, or incomplete — or appears to have been misdelivered or incorrectly marked as delivered — please contact BLUEDOG within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the product
- Courier label / AWB images
- Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

After verification, BLUEDOG may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

11. DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

BLUEDOG is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Transport disruptions or strikes
- Lockdowns or government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- System outages or courier partner delays

12. RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) AND REFUSED ORDERS

If a shipment is returned to BLUEDOG due to refusal, failed delivery caused by customer fault, or repeated non-availability, BLUEDOG reserves the right to:
- Deduct applicable forward shipping, reverse shipping, or handling charges from any eligible refund.
- Restrict COD availability for future orders from that customer.
